前些天找到一本七十年代初舊雜誌內一篇Mike Stone 的訪問﹐他談及在他比賽生涯中最難忘的一個對手名叫Yoki (楊紀先生在第五篇自傳中也有提到這事)

文中Mike Stone 是這樣說﹕

 

“...it was an oriental, a Japanese fighter named Yoki, he recalled, whom he felt has given him his toughest fight...but I think the hardest for me to get a point on was (this) guy named Yoki...this was in Chicago in 1964 at the World Tournament. (Yoki) was my match in the semi-final...I think this is the only man I've ever gone into two extension periods with...I mean, to get the point...we were tied one and one...I (finally) got him with a fake front, snap roundhouse combination, using the same leg...”
